Book from the parking space

The ON-LINE reservation service offered by PARKING TXOFRE is prepaid and refers to stays for full 24-hour days.

In the event that the User for any reason does not access the selected car park on the scheduled day to start their stay, the User will lose all right to access the service without any responsibility for PARKIING TXOFRE.

In the event that the effective time of stay in the car park is greater than that stipulated in the reservation, the User is obliged to pay the excess amount for the additional time incurred, directly at the car park facilities.

Modification of data provided by the User

The User can modify their data and their reservation by contacting: info@parkingtxofre.com

To modify a reservation, the User must first proceed to request its cancellation 24 hours before the date indicated for access to the car park; applying, in such case, the provisions of our Cancellation Policy. Subsequently, the User must carry out a new reservation and purchase process according to their interests and needs.

The User acknowledges and accepts that in case of modification of the reservation, PARKING TXOFRE cannot guarantee that in the new purchase process the User will be able to obtain similar results to the reservation previously acquired.

Payment

Once the User makes the selection of the parking according to their interests, the price with VAT of the reservation will be shown in detail
Then, the user will be asked to accept the Terms of Use, the General Conditions of Contract and the Privacy Policy. Once said acceptance is obtained, the User will be redirected to the corresponding payment gateway to process the transaction.

Payments will be made via Credit Card, Debit.

Purchase confirmation

After completing the transaction, PARKING TXOFRE will send the User confirmation of the reservation made via email.

The User acknowledges and accepts that the fact of not carrying the Printed Confirmation Document or in another valid medium and showing it to the parking staff will mean the impossibility of enjoying the contracted reservation.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation of the reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date for access to the car park indicated in the reservation confirmation.

The data required by PARKING TXOFRE to process reservation cancellation requests are: email, name and surname, telephone number, and invoice number.

The refund of the amount actually paid for the reservation of the parking space will only proceed in the cases indicated in our Refund Policy.

Refund policy

The refund of the total amount actually paid for the parking space reservation will only proceed in the following cases:

For the cancellation actually made by the User at least 24 hours before the date and time scheduled for access to the car park indicated in the reservation confirmation and, always, in accordance with the terms of our Cancellation Policy

The total or partial refund of the amount paid by the User will not proceed in the following cases:

In the event of force majeure or in the event of any unforeseeable or unavoidable event outside of PARKING TXOFRE that prevents access and stay in the car park.

In the event that the effective time of stay in the car park is less than that indicated by the User in their reservation.

No cash refunds will be made. The refund of the amounts that come from PARKING TXOFRE to the User will be made electronically directly to the bank account of the card used in the payment transaction of the reservation made.

Availability of the Contract Conditions

The document containing the Contract Conditions will be available to the User for download.

Privacy Policy

By accepting these Terms of Use and General Conditions of Contract, the User acknowledges and agrees to have read, understood and accepted our Privacy Policy.
